I called Michael’s Junk Removal and Light hauling at 8am today, and it is a Sunday, June 26,2022.This Company was at my house at 9:30am.THANK YOU SO MUCH..These guys are the best.Michael was so professional and nice. I explained, I had tenants that left a lot of their junk ( two Mattresses, bed frames,a dresser, a Hugh Big screen TV, (1) 8′ mini blind (1) 2′ mini blind a 12 ” monitor screen,my tenants stated this was a computer they are going to sue me for, a tiny vacuum cleaner that didn’t work I plugged it in to use to clean all the carpets my tenants left a mess,but didn’t WORK (2) piles of lumber which consist of (wood and plywood) (25) paint buckets,an outside storage tote that would hold out side chair cushions, a 8′ glass top table that was broken with (4) chairs, another 8′ outside bar made of rod iron that was broken,tires, bags of trash, several old through rugs that were so dirty and stained I didn’t even want to step on to roll them up to toss out, a stand alone lamp about six feet tall the plug in cord was cut off , old mops and brooms that should’ve been thrown away years ago. A cat litter box full of you can image I had to clean before I put in a trash bag for removal. They left the refrigerator full of rotten food that me and my daughter Faith had to clean out while Michael and his helper Jim continued to load all the other junk.I checked one bedroom there were other dresser drawers from another dresser left in a closet.Michael and his helper Jim were so understanding and patient while I went room to room cleaning out Junk my tenants left .I would highly recommend this company.Michael understood that my tenants left me a mess to clean up and he was more then willing and didn’t hesitate to help me do this job on a Sunday morning.I explained to him I needed to get this done sooner than later because, I needed sell this property sooner than later. I explained to him I would need to pay two house payments two water bills and two electric bills along with other bills,he totally understood .I am so grateful they understood. There are still some people out there that care about other people .My tenants were given notice to move out since Jan 4, 2022, and they were suppose to be moved April 30,2022, but they decided and told me they have all the rights to take them to court to get them to move out.They finally moved out of my home on June 22,2022 and I explained this to Michael the Junk Removal person.. My tenants knew I needed to sell this property sooner than later but they didn’t care. A total stranger was more understanding then my tenants that lived there for 12 years.A BIG THANK YOU to Michael and Jim for helping me out in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. I really appreciate their quick responsiveness, availability, and reasonable prices. They were very amiable.
It’s spring cleaning time. I had a ton of items that I needed hauled away. I called Michael and answered he answered his phone right away. He was quick to get to my house and take everything I had. also very curious. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who has a need for their junk removal.

Michael cleaned out my parents’ nearly 4000 square foot hoarder’s house in 4 days. And when I say hoarder’s house it was like what you see on TV. He was able to assemble a crew of 3-4 guys, and get a large roll off dumpster to the site, in addition to making multiple dump runs with his own truck and trailer. They even separated out the recycling into dump runs. I gave him 5 days to get it the house empty and they did it in 4. I was amazed. I don’t know how I got this lucky finding him on the web. I’d give him 6 stars if I could.

On a Monday, I called someone else I found on craigslist and, after 2 days of calls & texting, the guy bailed. I called Mike at 1PM that Friday and by 5PM the junk was gone!! World Class Customer Service. Nice guy. Isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. Call him!!

If you need junk removal services, I highly recommend Michael to do the job. When I called, I got a very quick response to get rid of stuff in the Towson Md area, it was a reasonable price and he removed all the junk we wanted to get rid of.
Called Michael and scheduled some junk removal. He scheduled me for an appointment for my requested date. He arrived early and started even before his helper arrived. Michael and his helper arrived with large, full size pickups with wooden rails which allow the trucks to handle more junk than just the standard 8 ft. bed. They handled slabs of concrete, children’s beds, bed rails, mattress construction materials, etc. They handle everything. I will definitely use them again.

Michael was fast, responsive, strong, and kind. I am very glad to have called him for our job, which involved a very heavy broken old motorized wheelchair which he had to dead-lift, and a careful response to my elderly mom. He was terrific.
